Terms of Use
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Jennings Global Solutions ("we") for the PawPassport app. By using PawPassport, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Using PawPassport
You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Please give accurate information, and only invite or list people who've agreed to be involved.
Check-ins and alerts
Check-ins and alerts depend on phones, networks, app stores and other companies we don't control. Notifications can be turned off, delayed or blocked. We don't promise that any alert will arrive, that anyone will respond, or that anyone will reach your pet. Backups, household members and sitters are people you choose. They don't work for us, and we aren't responsible for what they do or don't do.
Home access information
If you store door or alarm codes, you decide who can receive them. You're responsible for choosing people you trust and for changing your codes if your plans or relationships change.
Not veterinary advice
PawPassport doesn't provide veterinary care or advice. Vaccine lists, reminders, summaries and AI results come from what users enter or upload, can be wrong, and aren't verified by a vet. Please check records against the originals and ask your vet about your pet's health.
Pet licenses
Pet licenses and Wallet passes are novelty keepsakes for fun. They aren't government IDs, government pet licenses, or proof of vaccination or ownership, and they aren't connected with any state or government. Please don't present them as official.
Daycares, boarders and cameras
Search results and links open other companies' apps and services. We don't recommend, check or control them, and their own terms apply.
Subscriptions and purchases
- PawPassport Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, sold monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Free trial: if offered, your subscription starts when the trial ends and you're charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Canceling: manage or cancel in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app or your PawPassport account doesn't cancel a subscription.
- Pet License: a one-time purchase that unlocks license features for your account's pets and household.
- Refunds: Apple and Google handle payments and refund requests under their own rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you add. You allow us to store, process and display it as needed to run PawPassport, including sharing it with the people, links and companies described in our Privacy Policy. Please only add content you have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Please don't use PawPassport to break the law, harass anyone, send false alerts, access someone else's account or home without permission, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Changes and ending service
We may change or stop features. You can stop using PawPassport and delete your account at any time. If we make important changes to these terms, we'll update this page and tell you in the app or by email.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, PawPassport is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for harm from a missed or delayed alert, a backup's or sitter's actions, or access you've granted to your home. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Your local consumer rights still apply.
Apple users
If you got PawPassport from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, has no duty to provide support for it, and has no warranty obligation beyond any refund it may offer under its rules. Claims about the app are ours to handle. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple's standard terms for licensed apps also apply.
